STVR, the Slovakian national broadcaster, have confirmed their non-participation, at the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest.
FOLLOWING a decision back in June to examine the possibility of a return to the Contest, STVR have made the decision not to participate at the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest. STVR states it has a limited budget and that the cost of participation is higher than the potential revenues that it could bring in to the broadcaster.
