RTCG, the Montenegrin national broadcaster, have confirmed their participation at the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi.

After a ten year break, RTCG is returning to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest – following a brief appearance in 2014 & 2015. RTCG have yet to reveal how their representative will be selected, however internal selections were used in their previous two participations.
