🏳️‍🌈 #PRIDE25: June 17th – Jamie-Lee

It’s June and it’s Pride month. Here at Eurovision Ireland, we are going to highlight some of the LGBTQ+ artists to have participated in the Eurovision Song Contest.

For June 17th, we are continuing with Jamie-Lee. They represented Germany, with “Ghost”, taking 26th place with 11 points. Jamie-Lee is Non-Binary. You can watch their performance of “Ghost” below:

Non-Binary refers to a person who doesn’t identify only male or only female, or who identifies as both. It is a word used to define genders that do not fit into either male or female classifications.

Let us know what you think about Germany and the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest – either in the comments below or on our FACEBOOKBLUESKYTWITTERYOUTUBEINSTAGRAM and TIKTOK pages.

The Eurovision Community, which Eurovision Ireland are a part of, celebrates diversity through music. Please keep your comments respectful. We will not tolerate racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, body-shaming or any other derogatory or hostile language.
