SMRTV, the Sammarinese national broadcaster, have revealed that non-participation at the Eurovision Song Contest is been considered.
Roberto Sergio, Director General of SMRTV, had the following to say to Il Sole 24 Ore:
“The situation did not appear at all clear to us. Little transparency in the televoting, in the votes of the juries, in the results. Under these conditions, we are seriously considering not participating in the next editions of the Eurovision Song Contest.”
