The organising committee for Intervision 2025 has been approved by the Russian Government, ahead of the contest being held in Moscow later this year. The organising committee members are:

• Deputy Prime Minister of Russia – Dmitry Chernyshenko (Chairman of the Committee)
• Minister of Culture – Olga Lyubimova
• General Director of Channel One – Konstantin Ernst
• Special Representative of the President for International Cultural Cooperation – Mikhail Shvydkoi
• Head of Rosmolodezh – Grigory Gurov
• Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration for Public Projects  – Alexander Zhuravsky
• Head of Rospotrebnadzor – Anna Popova
• Head of Rossotrudnichestvo – Yevgeny Primakov
• Representatives of further Ministries and Organisations
