ČT, the Czech national broadcaster, have confirmed their non-participation at the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

The Press Department of ČT, had the following to say:

“Czech Television does not currently have a licence for this programme and it is not possible to broadcast it. Czech Television does not plan to participate in this competition in the near future. In 2025, however, we will once again participate in the Eurovision Song Contest, which you can watch on CT channels.”
