RÚV, the Icelandic national broadcaster, have announced the date for the Söngvakeppnin 2025 artist reveal – their national selection for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel.

RÚV have revealed that the Artists for Söngvakeppnin 2025 will take place on Friday 17th January, during “Lögin i Söngvakeppnin”. The show will be broadcast at 19:40 GMT/20:40 CET and will introduce the ten participating Artists and their songs. The format for Söngvakeppnin 2025 will be revealed in the coming weeks.
