Here at Eurovision Ireland, we are taking a historical look back on our favourite Contests past and present, on the very day they took place. Today it’s November 22nd:

On this day in 2008, the 6th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place in Limassol, Cyprus. Portugal & Sweden withdrew. Georgia took victory with Bzikebi performing “Bzz..” and 154 points.
