Tonight in Karlstad , the 5th heat of Melodi festivalen has just finished in Karlstad . Two acts qualified directly to next week’s final in Stockholm and they are

Marcus and Martinus -Unforgettable

Medina -Que Sera.

This left two places in the final up for grabs and following the Heat 5 result, a public vote took place and these votes were added to the points percentage already received by the 10 artists in their respective heats . The lucky acts chosen were :

Annika Wickihalder -Light

Jay Smith -“Back to my Roots

Both Annika and Jay were the third and fourth place acts in Heat 5 tonight. Congratulations to all the qualifiers. What do you think? Did Sweden make the right choices tonight?
