🇳🇱 #JESC23: Celebrating Our Dutch Heroes – Part 1/5

With ‘Heroes’ as the theme of the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice, we will be celebrating the Heroes from previous editions of the Contest. Today, we look at the first set of Heroes from The Netherlands.

The Netherlands debuted at the 2003 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen. Roel participated with “Mijn ogen zeggen alles”, finishing in 11th place and 23 points.

Klaartje and Nicky represented The Netherlands at the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Lillehammer. Klaartje and Nicky participated with “Hij is een kei”, finishing in 11th place and 27 points.

Tess represented The Netherlands at the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Hasselt. Tess participated with “Stupid”, finishing in 7th place and 82 points.

Kimberly represented The Netherlands at the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Bucharest. Kimberly participated with “Goed”, finishing in 12th place and 44 points.

Lisa, Amy and Shelley represented The Netherlands at the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Rotterdam. Lisa, Amy and Shelley participated with “Adem in, adem uit”, finishing in 11th place and 39 points.
