RTV Utrecht, the Dutch regional broadcaster, have announced their representative for Regio Songfestival 2023.

Melanie Ryan will represent Utrecht after been internally selected. Melanie will be performing “Achterom” at Regio Songfestival 2023. The song has yet to be revealed ahead of the Contest.
