With ‘Heroes’ as the theme of the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice, we will be celebrating the Heroes from previous editions of the Contest. Today, we look at the final set of Heroes from Cyprus.

Rafaella Costa represented Cyprus at the 2009 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Kyiv. Rafaella Costa participated with “Thalassa, ilios, aeras, fotia”, finishing in 11th place and 32 points.

Sophia Patsalides represented Cyprus at the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Marsa. Sophia Patsalides participated with “I pio omorfi mera”, finishing in 9th place and 69 points.

George Michaelides represented Cyprus at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Valletta. George Michaelides participated with “Dance Floor”, finishing in 16th place and 27 points.

Nicole Nicolaou represented Cyprus at the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Tbilisi. Nicole Nicolaou participated with “I Wanna Be a Star”, finishing in 16th place and 45 points – Cyprus’ most recent entry to date.
