ERR, the Estonian national broadcaster, have announced their debut participation at the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

ERR have internally selected Arhanna Sandra Arbma to participate in Nice. Arhanna Sandra Arbma won the 2022 edition of Tähtede Lava – a contest for singers aged 3 to 15 years old and the winner is chosen by the public. Details about the song that Arhanna will sing will be revealed in the coming weeks.
