The BBC, the British national broadcaster, have parted ways with TaP Music, the record label responsible for selecting the British Act at the Eurovision Song Contest, since 2022.

Earlier this lunchtime, TaP Music came out with the following statement on Twitter:

It is to early to say whether or not the BBC will be internally working with another record company or a national final will be reinstated for the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest.
