ITV, the Azeribaijani national broadcaster, has confirmed that they will not be participating at the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

ITV will not be participating at this year’s Contest, however no further reason has been given. PREVIOUSLY, a member of the Azerbaijani delegation claimed the country should participate, wherever the Contest was been hosted from.
