RTSH, the Albanian national broadcaster, has opened submissions forJunior Fest – their national selection for the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

RTSH have now opened the submission process for Junior Fest, with the closing date on Friday 25th August. We have previously hinted that CHANGES to Junior Fest could be made this year, however these are still to be confirmed.
