Omrop Flevoland, the Dutch regional broadcaster, has announced their representative for Regio Songfestival 2023.

Omrop Flevoland have revealed Abtin Salem as their representative for Regio Songfestival 2023. The song that Abtin will be performing, will be internally selected by a jury. Five songs have been submitted by Abtin himself.
