SMRTV, the San Marinese national broadcaster, has confirmed that they will not be participating at the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

San Marino have participated at the Contest three times, however they have not participated since 2016. SMRTV has not stated why they are not participating in the Contest this year.
