The Eurovision Song Contest Reference Group has been updated following the 2023 Contest, in Liverpool. . The current Reference Group consists of the following members:

• EBU: Martin Österdahl – EBU Executive Supervisor
• Switzerland (SSR SRG): Bakel Walden – Chair of the Reference Group
• Sweden (SVT): Ebba Adielsson – Organiser in 2024
• United Kingdom (BBC): Rachel Ashdown – Organiser in 2023
• Italy (Rai): Simona Martorelli and Claudio Fasulo – Organisers in 2022
• Germany (NRD): Alexandra Wolfslast
• Iceland (RÚV): Felix Bergsson
• Portugal (RTP): Carla Bugalho
• Spain (RTVE): Ana Maria Bordas

Ebba Adielsson and Ana Maria Bordas have replaced Astrid Dutrenit & Sietse Bakker (Organisers in 2020 & 2021), David Tserunyan (Armenia) and Yuval Cohen (Israel).
