
Over the course of November, on the lead up to the 2022 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, we will be celebrating the countries that are taking part at the Contest and their Junior Eurovision story so far. Today, we begin North Macedonia’s story.
North Macedonia debuted at the 2003 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Copenhagen, Denmark. Marija & Viktorija participated with “Ti ne me poznavaš”, finishing in 12th place and 19 points.
Martina Siljanovska represented North Macedonia at the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Lillehammer, Norway. She participated with “Zabava”, finishing in 7th place and 64 points.
Denis Dimoski represented North Macedonia at the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Hasselt, Belgium. He participated with “Rodendeski baknež”, finishing in 8th place and 68 points.
Zana Aliu represented North Macedonia at the 2006 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Bucharest, Romania. He participated with “Vljubena”, finishing in 15th and last place, with 14 points.
Rosica Kulakova & Dimitar Stojmenovski represented North Macedonia at the 2007 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. They participated with “Ding Ding Dong”, finishing in 5th place (their best position) and 111 points.
