HRT, the Croatian national broadcaster, have confirmed their participation at the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest, in the United Kingdom.

HRT have also confirmed that Dora will be used as their national selection – once again in Opatija, on an unconfirmed date in February. The full set of rules and application form can be found HERE and HERE. A Jury will select between 12 and 28 entries for the Final, with a further 4 entries as reserves.
