Tonight the 12 acts who were not successful in going forward from the semi finals to the Grand Final of Norwegian Melodi Grand Prix to be held on 19th Febrruary at the H3 Arena in Fornebu , Norway were put forward for another public vote to decide which four acts will go forward to the second phase of the Last Chance Round and compete for the last Golden ticket to the Grand Final on . In contention tonight were :

After the public vote the lucky four progressing to the second phase are :

They will compete in the Last Chance phase two show, where , as in the semi finals , the four acts will be split into two competing duels , with the winner of each duel going to the Gold Duel, where the winner will take the last spot in the Grand Final on 19th February .
