
With a new winner been crowned this week at the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, let’s take a look back at the alumni that they will be joining. Today, it’s the champions from 2005, 2011 and 2017.
2005 – Ksenia Sitnik “My vmeste”
Ksenia Sitnik took victory for Belarus at the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Hasselt, Belgium. Ksenia performed “My vmeste” and finished 3 points ahead of the Spain.
2011 – Candy Music “CANDY”
Candy Music took victory for Georgia at the 2011 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Yerevan, Armenia. Candy Music performed “CANDY” and finished 5 points ahead of The Netherlands.
2017 – Polina Bogusevich “Wings”
Polina Bogusevich took victory for Russia at the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Tbilisi, Georgia. Polina performed “Wings” and finished 3 points ahead of Georgia.
