While the originally date of Sunday 28th November to Sunday 19th December, it has pleased one Head of Delegation – Ana María Bordas from Spain had the following to say:

“We are delighted that one of the members of the Big Five is organizing the festival. In addition, the decision to delay it in order to celebrate it in the best conditions and to join it with Christmas seems very right for a children’s contest.”
