Back in 2019, BBC Alba first discussed the possibility about participation at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, however has yet to make a debut – the 2021 Junior Eurovision Song Contest is no different.

ESCBubble approached BBC Alba over a possible 2021 participation and was given the following reply:

“Thank you for your enquiry.  BBC ALBA is not participating in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest.”

BBC Alba have only participated in Eurovision Choir 2019 to date.
