CyBC, the Cypriot national broadcaster, along with Panik Records, have announced that Elena Tsagrinou will be their representative in Rotterdam. Furthermore, the song that Elena will be performing is “El Diablo”.

Elena Tsagrinou is the first act that is going to Rotterdam in 2021, that wasn’t in the original line-up for 2020.
