The Latvian broadcaster LTV, have confirmed to Eurofestivals that they will not be participating at the 2020 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Warsaw.

While a specific reason was not given for this year, LTV last year stated that they were concentrating on their participations in the Eurovision Song Contest and Eurovision Choir.
