Under the hashtag #ealtceva (#ItIsSomethingElse) TVR, the Romanian National Broadcaster, presented today their plan for Eurovision 2020.

After failing to qualify two years in a row, TVR decided to internally select one voice that has that ‘Eurovision Factor’ (interpretation, musical empathy, expressiveness, etc.). After the voice will be decided, 5 songs will be selected. Next, the jury and the public will have a 50% power each in deciding the winning song in a National Final on 1st March 2020. In case of equality, the public favourite will go on the represent Romania in Rotterdam.
