Ukraine hasn’t participated at Eurovision Young Musicians since 2012, however talk of a possible National Selection is been discussed.

Ya-Virtuoz! is currently on UA:Radio and it’s producer, Volodymyr Sheiko, wants UA:PBC to take on the show, televised, to select an entry for Eurovision Young Musicians. Volodymyr Sheiko had the following to say:

“We want to reach a level of competition that would be both a national competition and a national selection for the Eurovision for Young Musicians. This “Eurovision” is held every two years. I think we will get into this rhythm and reach our goal.”

Ukraine has still to confirm participation at next year’s Eurovision Young Musicians.
