Just like the Eurovision Asia Song Contest – which has been delayed indefinitely, the ABU Song Contest has now been delayed.

Originally due to take place on 17th and 19th October this year, the dates have now been moved to 16th and 18th April 2020. The Contest will still take place in Qingdao, China.

Apart from China, only Brunei, Indonesia, Vanuatu and Vietnam had confirmed participation to date.
