Way back in December 2016, Albania became the first of 43 countries to give us their Eurovision 2017 entry. Their song was “Botë”, and although it was in Albanian, we were promised an English language version for the contest.

Well, it’s been a long time coming, but finally tonight we get to hear it! We all knew Lindita would sing “World” in Kyiv this May as that was the direct English translation of the title. You can have a listen below, and see the official music video too!

Can I just take a moment to congratulate Lindita on that music video? Really liking the different imagery used, natural and man-made, mystic and technological… it’s very artistic and really cool! Bravo!
