Who will represent Sweden at Eurovision 2016?

It’s a big responsibility being the host country’s representative. Tonight the final of Melodifestivalen took place. Missed the show then here was our LIVE BLOG.

The International Juries and Swedish population voted and the winner was deemed to be Frans with his song ‘If I Were Sorry’.

Frans will go direct to the Eurovision Grand Final.

Can Sweden win the contest for a 7th time with Frans? How do you think Sweden will do at Eurovision 2016?

  1. The words have sentiment, but (on first hearing) this is not an exactly memorable song. Didn’t strike me as a winner, sorry. Rating 6/10 and a possible top 5.

  2. Untalented !!!!! Also this song is a close copy of “Catch & Release” by Matt Simons, so it should have been disqualified. Many of the other performers performed and sang so much better

  3. This song is the break we all need from the hysterical world and hysterical Eurovision shows. And it has a really positive drive. Love it.
