No more Greek Tragedies – It’s ‘Opa’ time.

OGAE Greece and national news agency newsit.gr are reporting that the band ‘Europond’ will be representing Greece at Eurovision 2016 in Stockholm.

Other names like Ithikon Akmeotaton & Salina or Sleeping Pillow are apparently rumors.

Europond are allegedly going to send an ethnic/pop upbeat song that will speak of the current social and economic situations facing the country.

An official announcement is to be made by Greek broadcasters.  Above is a flavour of Europond’s music.
