Oh Eurovision still isn’t over people! There is the coveted Barbara Dex Award for the worst dressed award by a performer at Eurovision. Hey you want to see what I have worn over the years – I am worthy of this award myself!

Usually we don’t like to sway your opinion BUT come on there can only be one winner of the award this year -Trijntje Oosterhuis from The Netherlands! And may we add she should be given a honary award for 2 dreadful outfits – the rehearsals ‘Slasher’ dress with cut outs that Buffalo Bill from ‘Silence of the Lambs’ would be proud of – to her actual Semi Final Live performance dress. We know that Trijntje’s postcard was her in a Hot Air Balloon but she didn’t have to wear the Balloon afterwards!
This was our reaction to the first dress when we saw it in the Press Hall
What was frustrating for us is that Trijntje is a #Fabulous and #Sexy woman and didn’t need to go all out crazy with the dress! She looked SUPER HOT in the official video for the song – Why Change it??? Trust me The Netherlands would have made the Grand Final if the stylists had got it right! What were they thinking!

Futhermore, I have never understood why Eldrine got the Barbara Dex Award in 2011 !
I liked that dress very much !
I have already voted for her, poor sod…
I think she had to focus the attention on the dress rather than the bad song, but that made it even worse.
I heard there were a lot of ‘misunderstandings’ there (to say it mildly). Nobody prepared ANYTHING beforehand, so in the end nobody knew what to do until it was way too late ! People let poor Trijntje down, even her ‘friend’ Anouk, so desperate as she was, she tried something on her own and called help from a designer who actually thought that this clothing was ‘beautiful’ ! What a taste !!
