Poland – We recently told you that TVP (Polish National Broadcaster) had expressed an interest in asking Donatan and Cleo to represent Poland at Eurovision 2014. Further developments took place yesterday.
Pictured above are Donatan & Cleo meeting the head of TVP to discuss Eurovision 2014 participation. Donatan took to his social media to write
“We were invited by TVP to a mysterious meeting today and we we went. It seems you have written to TVP mass emails and letters asking (and asking) to send us to Eurovision. At the moment we do not know what to say … mixed feelings … I will sleep on it “
A little over a week ago Donatan had said that there were no plans to enter Eurovision. A lot can change in 7 days. The original Polish version of their hit “Slavic Girls” has almost reached 40 million views and the new 3 minute English version is heading towards 1 million views in less than 1 week.
Do you think Donatan & Cleo should enter Eurovision?

So mixed on them tbh lol! Reminds me of Igranka! I like them, though. Would be a shocking act to return with! Wonder if they’d actually keep the Slavic Girls song?
I think this is a shoe in for Eurovision and a very high placing
I love it now. :D
I really hope they say yes. It’s catchy as hell and it would make a great comeback for Poland. Also noticed over the years that countries returning after a few years absence tend to score well, Israel 98, Italy 97 and 2011, Greece 01, Malta 91, Serbia 97 (ok, that ones kind of cheating). Could see this being top 5 (if they agree to do it).
Totally agree David
As a follow up, Donatan has created an “open thread of discussion.”
Foreign fans of the song need to get on there and convince him, with your best English of course, since not everyone’s going to understand.
Absolutely!….Warsaw 2015 if they do!
