ICELAND – RUV (Icelandic National Broadcaster) have released the second set of Semi Final songs on-line for their Eurovision 2014 Selection Söngvakeppnin Sjónvarpsins. The Second Semi Final Will take place this Saturday February 8th.

As like last week – 2 songs will qualify for the Grand Final. There will be 1 wildcard act from the 6 non qualifying acts between the 2 semi finals.

Guðrún for me! Love it! Strong ballad! Semi 2 is sooo much better than semi 1!
Okay. here goes. I love song 1, it’s another quirky number like Greta from semi 1.
Song 2 is beautiful. Growing on me more with each listen. But not sure I want it to go forward. Song 3 is so funky but I lost a bit of interest towards the end which was a pity. Song 4 is the weakest. Not a bad effort but not a contender. I also love Song 5! I think this could do well. So my two to go forward are 1 and 5 (though I’d say 2 & 4 are more than capable of sneaking a place) and I too want Amor as the wild card! Good luck to them all.
