Time to take stock of what countries have confirmed they will be at Eurovision 2014 in Copenhagen.

The following broadcasters have confirmed that they will be participating in next year’s contest

Recent Countries confirmed their participation over the last 3 days

• France
• Spain
• Latvia
• Montenegro

Countries Already Officially Confirmed earlier this simmer – from North to South

• Iceland
• Ireland
• Norway
• Sweden
• Finland
• Russia
• Estonia
• Latvia
• Germany
• Netherlands
• Belgium
• Austria
• Switzerland
• FYR Macedonia
• Albania
• Georgia
• Israel

Officially Withdrawn

• Croatia
• Czech Republic
• Slovakia
• Morocco (they haven’t attended since 1980 – but they kindly stated they would not be in Copenhagen)

Then Turkey – A Post all to themselves

• Officially not attending
• Creation of TurkVision
• Now planning to meet with EBU regarding their future at Eurovision in 2014

As for the other countries – we are not going to say “likely to participate” – as that is just not worth taking your time away from reading our other articles.
