This year at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel, we will be looking back at Switzerland since their first participation. Today we begin with 1991.

1991 – “Canzone per te”

In 1991, when the Contest was held in Rome, Italy, Sandra Simó represented Switzerland with “Canzone per te”. Sandra finished in 5th place and 118 points.

1992 – “Mister Music Man”

In 1992, when the Contest was held in Malmo, Sweden, Daisy Auvray represented Switzerland with “Mister Music Man”. Daisy finished in 15th place and 32 points.

1993 – “Moi, tout simplement”

In 1993, when the Contest was held in Millstreet, Dublin, Annie Cotton represented Switzerland with “Moi, tout simplement”. Annie finished in 3rd place and 148 points.

1994 – “Sto pregando”

In 1994, when the Contest was held in Dublin, Ireland, Duilio represented Switzerland with “Sto pregando”. Duilio finished in 19th place and 15 points.

1996 – “Mon cœur l’aime”

In 1996, when the Contest was held in Oslo, Norway, Kathy Leander represented Switzerland with “Mon cœur l’aime”. Kathy finished in 16th place and 22 points.

1997 – “Dentro di me”

In 1997, when the Contest was held in Dublin, Ireland, Barbara Berta represented Switzerland with “Dentro di me”. Barbara finished in 22nd place and 5 points.
