🇱🇹 #JESC25: Lithuania Will Not Return

LRT, the Lithuanian national broadcaster, have confirmed their continued non-participation at the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.

Andrius Korenkade, Head of the LRT Television Department, didn’t give an official reason for their non-participation in 2025. LRT did BROADCAST both the 2023 & 2024 editions, with a hope of a return based on audience figures. In 2023, 83,700 tuned in on a Sunday afternoon. Last year, 18,100 tuned in on a Saturday evening.
