RÚV, the Icelandic national broadcaster, have broadcast the first Semi Final of Söngvakeppnin 2025 this evening – their national selection for the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, in Basel.

This evening, Semi Final One of Söngvakeppnin 2025 took place. The three qualifiers were:

• Stebbi Jak – “Frelsið mitt”
• Væb – “Róa”
• Ágúst – “Eins og þú”
