
Kan, the Israeli national broadcaster, have confirmed their continued non-participation at the 2025 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
Kan revealed costs and local investment as the reason. The Press Department of Kan, had the following to say:
“It involves high costs and allows for a limited number of broadcasts. We prefer to invest in original and local productions that can be broadcast for many years and that many children can enjoy.”
