The Monegasque Government have announced that it will merge TV Monaco & Monaco Info to launch a new public broadcaster in September 2025.

Due to overlapping content with the two public broadcasters, they will become one on Monday 1st September 2025. This means TV Monaco will also be leaving TV5 Monde. It is currently unclear whether the new public broadcaster will be aiming for EBU membership and participation at the Eurovision Song Contest. TV Monaco only became an EBU member in March this year.
