SVT, the Swedish national broadcaster, have announced the first details of Hello Mello since the INITIAL announcement during the Melodifestivalen 2024 Grand Final.
SVT have revealed that the teenage version of Hello Mello will commence on Sunday 27th October, with the Grand Final taking place on Sunday 1st December. 25 Acts will compete over five heats, with the support of 25 Swedish song-writers.
The show will be hosted by Eric Saade and Malin Olsson. The Acts competing will all be aged between 13 and 15, therefore a return to the Junior Eurovision Song Contest is unlikely due to the upper age of the new Contest. A trailer for the new Contest can be viewed HERE.
