TVR, the Romanian national broadcaster, have confirmed that they will not be participating at the 2024 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Madrid.

Romania have participated at the Contest seven times, however they have not participated since 2009. TVR have not stated this year why they are not participating at this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
