This week, we are celebrating the Top 25 Scoring Danish Entries Since 1975 ahead of Dansk Melodi Grand Prix 2024. Today, we take a look at positions 25 to 21.
25: 2006 – Sidsel Ben Semmane, “Twist of Love”
Sidsel Ben Semmane represented Denmark at the 2006 Contest in Athens. Sidsel scored 26 points with the song “Twist of Love”, finishing in 18th place.
24: 1985 – Hot Eyes, “Sku’ du spørg’ fra no’en?”
Hot Eyes represented Denmark at the 1985 Contest in Gothenburg. Hot Eyes scored 41 points with the song “Sku’ du spørg’ fra no’en?”, finishing in 11th place.
23: 1981 – Tommy Seebach & Debbie Cameron, “Krøller eller ej”
Tommy Seebach & Debbie Cameron represented Denmark at the 1981 Contest in Dublin. Tommy & Debbie scored 41 points with the song “Krøller eller ej”, finishing in 11th place. Tommy & Debbie feature in 23rd place after getting 1 set of twelve points compared to Hot Eye’s 0.
22: 1992 – Lotte Nillson & Kenny Lübcke, “Alt det som ingen ser”
Lotte Nillson & Kenny Lübcke represented Denmark at the 1992 Contest in Malmo. Lotte & Kenny scored 47 points with the song “Alt det som ingen ser”, finishing in 12th place.
21: 2008 – Simon Mathew, “All Night Long”
Simon Mathew represented Denmark at the 2008 Contest in Belgrade. Simon scored 60 points with the song “All Night Long”, finishing in 15th place.
