ERR, the Estonian national broadcaster, have announced their debut entry for the 2023 Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in Nice.

Arhanna was internally selected by ERR. Arhanna will represent the debut nation with ‘Hoiame Kokku, which you can watch the official video below:
