NRK, the Norwegian national broadcaster, have opened the submission window for Sámi Grand Prix 2024. The Sámi Grand Prix has taken place annually since 1990 and forms part of the Sámi Easter Festival.

The Sámi Grand Prix consists of two contests – one for new songs and one for joikers. Songs without a performer must be submitted by Wednesday 1st November, whilst songs with a performer can be submitted until Friday 1st December. The winner of the Sámi Grand Prix 2024 will receive 20000 NOK, whilst the runner-up will receive 10000 NOK.
