RTV Noord, the Dutch regional broadcaster, has announced a three Act selection for Regio Songfestival 2023.

The three Acts that will be competing are What Aans!, Jan Henk de Groot and Irene Wilkens. The songs will be revealed on Friday 8th September. The public will then have two weeks to vote online for the winner, who will then be revealed on Friday 22nd September.
