ERR, the Estonian national final, have announced that one act that was due to take part in tonight’s second Semi Final, have tested positive for COVID-19.

Minimal Wind ft. Elisabeth Tiffany will no longer be performing live. Their music video used during the Quarter Finals will be used instead – a scenario been used by many National Finals.
