While the Public vote is still in progress online, Oleksandr Balabanov has been announced as the Ukrainian representative. The Jury votes are enough to make Oleksandr the outright winner.

Oleksandr Balabanov will represent Ukraine in Warsaw with his entry “Vidkryvay”, which in English translates as “Open”. The official confirmation will be made by UA:PBC, the Ukrainian national broadcaster by Saturday 12th September.
